Shipping policy

Where we ship

the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally at present, and no international options appear at checkout.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. There are no paid upgrades — one free method is the only option shown at checkout.

The four timings

Order cut-off	12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Processing	1–2 business days from the cut-off.
Transit	3–8 business days.
Estimated delivery	4–10 business days from when the order is placed.

These are business days and exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel moves — usually within the processing window above. Follow it on the Track your order page. A parcel scans at each handover rather than continuously, so a quiet stretch of a day or two is normal.

If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email store@geexdepot.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Damage and losses

Stone and glass occasionally do not survive the trip. If something arrives damaged, email store@geexdepot.com with your order number and a photograph of both the parcel and the item, and we will replace or refund it. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is settled.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before the cut-off and we will correct it at no charge. Once a parcel has shipped, a redirect depends on the carrier and is not always possible; a parcel returned to sender is refunded less any carrier charge.

Taxes

Any sales tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs charges, duties or brokerage fees on a domestic order.
