What we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When you are charged
Once, when the order is placed. There are no subscriptions, no instalments unless the provider you chose at checkout offers them, and no charge on delivery.
Currency
Every price on this site is in US dollars and includes nothing hidden. Shipping is free. Any sales tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Card security
We do not see, handle or store card numbers. Payment is processed by the payment provider over an encrypted connection, and the store never receives the card details.
If a payment fails
The order is not placed and no money moves. A card issuer may show a temporary authorisation that clears on its own within a few working days. If something looks wrong, email store@geexdepot.com with the date and amount and we will trace it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Timing after we issue one is the card issuer's, not ours — usually a few working days. The conditions are on the Refund and returns page.
